The GYROTONIC® Method is a unique movement modality that opens energy pathways, stimulates the nervous system, increases range of motion, and improves strength and movement efficiency. In Gyrotonic exercises, each movement flows into the next allowing the joints to move through their natural range of motion without jarring or compression. As in yoga, all movements are practiced with corresponding breath. Gyrotonic sequences are carefully crafted to help the practitioner develop balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility. (and it feels amazing!)
Marion is a Level I certified Gyrotonic Trainer who began teaching in 2005 after completing her first foundation course with Master Trainer Leda Franklin. In 2008 she took the Gyrokinesis foundation course with Sebastien Plettenberg and subsequently received certification on the Archway, Gyrotoner, and Leg Extension Unit. With thousands of hours of teaching experience, she feels blessed to share this incomparably intelligent movement system with clients of all ages, abilities and movement backgrounds.
